Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas
I purchased a home in April of 2010. Amonst the amenities, the builder advertised high-speed internet. i have given the builder ample opportunity to either get thet services promised or get a satisfactory answer. Initially it was 6 months, the 12 months, and now they are saying that that responsibility falls on the developer and not the builder. I want to know if there is any legal recourse for misleading customers and witholding information in order to make a sale.

This is breach of a contract, and is probably deceptive trade practices also. Yes, you can sue him for breach of contract.
