Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

Seller had a 9 acre lot for sale with 2 container homes. Land was sold without containers. Containers were omitted in contract while verbally seller and realtor agreed it would be moved in 2 months.

Seller goes to move it in 30 days and nowhere to be found. Buyer says he has rights to it and has moved it. Asked seller for half the cost to get it back. What are seller's options.

Seems to me there are a lot of missing facts here. It doesn't make any sense that the buyer had one idea in mind, and the seller something completely different, when this topic was specifically discussed between the buyer and seller. There's something else going on.
