Tax Lien Sales

Sometime last year I purchase a tax lien at a sherrifs sale but ahev yet to det the deed it hasn't been six months, I have just recieved a bill from the home owners association attorney am I responsible for this bill if I don't own the porperty.

Yes, you are responsible for the dues because you became the owner at the time you won the bid. Prior HOA dues should be voided due to the foreclosure. Check the county records. The sheriff probably recorded the deed and you are now the owner of record. If you don't find a deed of record, contact the sheriff's office and request that they furnish one to you. Be sure and file it of record in the office of the County Clerk in the county where the property is located.
