Warranty Deed with Vendors Lien

I have purchased a home through owner finance. He gave us a Warrant Deed with Vendors Lien. I have finished paying for the home in accordance with his terms. What kind of release has to be filed, so that the property can be changed to my name.

You need to have a lien release signed by the seller.
