Legal Question in Social Security Law in Texas

How can I get s/s #'s

I was divorced in 2004. Some past due income taxes were not filed and I am now trying to get that all straightened out. I now live in another State and my ex refuses to respond to my requests for his and his 2 childrens social security numbers so I can fill out the forms. Is there any way for me to get these numbers?

The easy way is to subpoena the necessary info. See a lawyer.
