i dont have car insurance and got rear bumped
my husband just got rear bump and we recently do not have car insurance what action do i take?

Did your husband get a citation for no insurance? Was your vehicle towed for no insurance? He can still make a claim against the other party, since it was their fault, however, the insurance issue must also be addressed.
