Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
I parked my motorcycle on the stripes near a hadicaped spot, walked into wal mart and when I came out I had a $230 parking ticket for parking in a handicaped spot, I just bought the bike, it had Goergia tags from the previous owner on it, I was in Texas where I live - is this even a real ticket? It was walmart parking patrol that issued it, if so, what happens if I dont pay it?

As far as the question of whether or not it is a legitimate ticket, you'd need to show it to a lawyer. I doubt that Wal-Mart is issuing fake tickets; if they are, you should sue them.
