Legal Question in Traffic Law in Texas
I received a speeding ticket which I'll admit to deserving, but then I was also cited for driving too fast for conditions. what does driving too fast for conditions mean, and how exatly was I driving too fast for conditions when I was on a HWY and there was no construction, it was not raining and it was early in the morning and I was the only one on that HWY at that time?

This is essentially another speeding ticket. Suggest you get an attorney that does traffic tickets and have them to court for you.
