Executrix witholding will
My dad died over a month ago. My sister has a copy of the will but will not let me see it. I don't know if she is executrix. I've been told that I am mentioned as an heir, along with her, but have seen nothing. The will has not been probated. What do I do?

Contact an attorney immediately and open probate. She will be ordered to produce the will if there is one and if she has destroyed the will or fails to produce it, at worst, the estate will be probated as though there was no will and you will receive your share according to law. Your attorney can request to be appointed executor or administrator. Legal fees should be paid from the estate. My sympathies on the passing of your father.
