Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas
Father's widow not cooperating with Mother's probated will.
I had recently posted a question on December 7, 2000 concerning my Father's will vs. my Mother's probated will. I understand that it takes time or that you may not answer at all. We are a family of good character. We were brought up with great morals and we feel we have been cheated of what is rightfully ours. We also realize that what you reap is what you sow and we don't want to do anything dirty in order to receive our half of our parent's inheritance. We need all the help we can receive. Please consider answering my question and let me know something as soon as you can. Thank you for your time.
