Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

Fathers Will

If your father passes away and everyone in your family gets something of his except you and your youngest child, in this case my Dad's youngest grandson through myself. The step mother bought a new car, the middle sister got to choose what she wanted, not sure what she got as I wasn't in the state at the time. The brother took all of Dad's survey equipment and anything else that wasn't monetary. I have seen no will appointing anyone as the executor, I wanted my fathers map printer and his computer, but my brother says that everything is his. All the children got something that was Dad's, except me and the baby sister, is there any legal recourse?

Re: Fathers Will

It depends on whether or not there was a will. You should talk to an attorney.
