Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

I found out that my husband placed our house into a Revocable Trust. My name is the primary name on the mortgage and was also the primary name on the deed until he did this. I have no idea why he would so something like this nor did I have any idea that he had a Revocable Trust. I found out by looking on the website for the appraisal district and the county. I called the mortgage company and they stated that they had nothing to do with that. I wanted to know:

1. If my husband can legally do this without my knowledge?

2. Does this mean that the house is no longer mine?

3. How do I get it changed back?
