Need gift deed online

Want to gift deed TX property to daughter in MN. Where can I find a general online printable gift deed? Does a gift deed have another name. I'm having trouble finding one. Thank you.

In Texas we don't typically use gift deeds. You also may want to check title to the property to make sure it is clear and your are not "gifting any headaches" to your daughter. Typically I would charge $175 for preparing the deed and performing the title search, so you could probably get a deed correctly written by an attorney for a similar fee. FYI - attorneys (including me) are paid nicely for clearing up do-it-yourself problems, so you may want to spend a little money up front to avoid an expensive future issue for your daughter.

Check with your local law library. Sometimes you have to take a form and convert it for particular use. That's what I do.
