Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

this guy has my laptop computer since May of 2010 he was supposed to fix the logic bord on it and its being so long i keep on calling him and at first he will pick up and say he was busy so he did not have time to fix it, and then it was oh i dont have the logic bord for your computer and bla bla bla so i told him to just give it back to me, but now he is not answering the phone nor my emails. i have emails and text message where he says he has my computer and $200 that is half of what i was going to pay him. i just dont know what to do now.. pls help Thanks

you could sue him in small claims court and in the lawsuit ask for him to return the laptop.
