Can i get owership on a home that belong to my aunt? As long as it paid for and taxes or curret?

Is your aunt alive? She can sign a deed over to you. If she's not alive, you can file appropriate paperwork to clear title to the property to the heirs, and then have the heirs deed the property to you.

Not unless you are her heir at law, the property was devised to you in her will, or if you acquire it by adversely possessing it for over 10 years.
