My father died recently, leaving to me, approximately $100,000 (CDs, property, IRAs). In the event I would divorce, is what the estate left to me, subject to community property division in this state?

Property received through probate is your separate property. Make sure you place the property in separate accounts, and not co-mingle it with community assets.

It would be separate property. Be sure not to commingle it with community funds.
