Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

Living Trust

How do we make sure that our Texas property is properly given to our living trust? We moved here from Idaho. If our living trust does not have to be filed in Texas what do we do with it, put it in our safe deposit box and send copies to our designated trustees?

The title company where you close the purchase will have the correct language and can examine the trust for sufficiency.
