mom died cant find will
before my mother died she made a will that stated that after her death that I would inherit her half of my parents estate. after her death we cant find the will several people saw the will what can i do know

You need an attorney. When a will is lost, it is usually presumed destroyed by the decedent. However, people do funny things, so if you have evidence to the contrary, you would need to prove that up. In the meantime, worst possible case, is that your mother's estate passes as though she died without a will and you will need to open up an heirship proceeding in probate court.
