mom did not sign will....have original probabted wills of grandparents stating their children inhert and in case of them being deceased childrens children will inhert

I'm not sure I understand the question. If your mother or your grandparents recently died, and they owned property that must now be transferred, you need to contact a probate attorney near you. That attorney can assist you with understanding the effect of dying without a Will, and what has happened or should happen with your grandparents' estates.
