Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

My mother wants to leave her home and property to her two minor grandsons. can she leave a minor property? and can their father who has custody of them sell the property if he needs or wants with out their consent?

It is never a good idea to leave real estate to a minor. Better to set up a trust in the will for the benefit to the minor grandsons and name an adult as trustee.
