Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

probate, wills, beneficiaries

I need to find out if I'm the beneficiary of a will or bank account of my brother who passed away this year. His will is now in probate. I dont have a lawyer but the wife does and I dont have a copy of the will or the accont number at the bank where I believe I may be beneficiary. Who can I contact to resolve this matter.?

If the will is in probate, you should be able to get a copy from the court where it is being probated as it is public record.
