property sale
My daughters half brother has put up property for sale & states it belongs only to him. Property is legally mine as it was never transfered to my husband.

you better do something to stop him. I presume a title search would prevent any transfer by him, but if he finds some sucker willing to buy and hold title (which can be done legally), then you would be in a bigger mess. Good Luck.
