Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Texas

HI,

I need to know, what kind of Will or what to do ...to state a will such as this ????

...I have no childern and wish to leave all that I have, own ect ..to my mother(77yrs)....but just for her lifetime ONLY....-{WithOut the option for her to sell off anything that is mine]....after she should die..... I want that which is mine to be turn over to the next heir of My choice....

So can I do this myself, buying online ?? ... what kind of forms , will,

would I need to do this....

You should contact an attorney in your area. It shouldn't cost that much. I can think of several follow-up questions that you haven't addressed.
