I would like to import Alfalfa Hay from America, I have sent RFQ and I have got many quotes in which most of the suppliers are demanding for 30% advance. I am afraid if I send the money to these supplier so they might not send me the goods. so I wonder if some one tells me that what is the safest way to deal with these kind of situation and confirm 100% that my money is save and my product will be delivered to me.

There are various seemingly safe ways of importing goods from other Countries. The product you intend to import is a bit unclear. It would be required to peruse your Documents alongwith the Documents received from the Suppliers to understand the subject matter. It also has to be informed as to in whose name you intend to import the materials and their nature of business. Only then it would be possible to advise you suitably.
