Legal Question in Business Law in United Arab Emirates
I want to start a Garment business basically whole sale but initially in a very small volume. I dont want to resign from my job at present and to take this business.
Nature of Business will be - Importing garments from India/Bangladesh/Pakistan/ Thailand etc. and sell in the local markets.
Can you kindly suggest me the best legal ways whether to go for Freezone or local license. Should i need an import license if i bring the goods through aramex/DHL etc.

Dear Sir / Madam,
You may select the Ras Al Khaimah Free Trade Zone as your entry point in the UAE and take the import licence from the local authorities there while you continue in your present job in Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Al-Ain, Dubai, Fujairah or Sharjah. Your centre point in India for collection and despatch is Balarampur in Kendujhar, Odisha (Orissa).
