Legal Question in Family Law in United Kingdom

I have filed for divorce using a company called fasttrack divorce.I have paid them �149 to send petition to myself and spouse plus �350 court costs.The problem is that my spouse has refused to sign the petition,my only option is to have it served on him.The other problem is that fasttracks phoneline seems to be no longer available and their website/email hasn't responded to my request.Ihave no idea where to go from here,or how long the courts will wait for my spouses petition.What are my options and where do I go from here?
