Legal Question in Family Law in United Kingdom
I have to maitain my italian ex-wife with 789 euros/month, according to the italian law, where
430 corresponds to the maintenance of my daughter and 360 is for the mother, that I must pay for the rest of her life.
My daughter is 23 and has been working in different jobs for the past 3 years.
Question: What does the EU law (which overrides any national law) say? Am I expected to continue
giving 789 eu/month, contributing for my daughter? If you think that I have a chance to reduce the 789 to 360, then where can I apply for the EU law here in London?
Thank you.

There is no overriding European Law on this matter.
Normally you have to pay for your child until she leaves school/further education.
For you ex wife you pay until she re-marries.
Lacking the information needed to be more precise, I gather that you were married & divorced under Italian Law ? In that case you will have to apply to the Italian courts to get the judgement amended (because of eg. new circumstances)
