Legal Question in Real Estate Law in United Kingdom

If I would like to buy a property which is advertised by two estate agents, and one has been arranged a viewing, but nothing has been signed,can I decide to buy from the second one without any problem, or legal obligation to the first one?

You are not bound, but it might be that the agents will have to deal with this amongst themselves.
