You have every entitlement to receive your legacy and it is very wrong that you have apparently been kept out of your money for over a year.

The executors of your Nan's estate have a legal obligation to ensure that you receive the money your Nan wished you to have. It would seem that they are failing to properly administer the estate and in such cases you are entitled to apply to a court for appropriate orders.you should write to the executors-who I suspect may well be your uncle-and advise of this intention.

Let me know if you need any further help.
