The best way is to take her back to her native country and get married with her there. Then try to get a visa for her from that country on the bases of marriage certificate and this will be helpful.

If she came to USA as a tourist on a tourist visa, it makes her situation better than many others. Make sure that she is not inadmissible and eligible for adjustment of status, then, after marriage, you will be able to petition for her and she immediately can apply for her residency (so called 'green card'). You have to be legally married in order to petition/sponsor her. If all is properly done and applied, she can be approved within 4-5 months.
