Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Utah
If a bankruptcy (chapter 13) case is dismissed (the issue was an unresolved duplicate claim made by an unsecured creditor) is there a limited window to file to reopen the case? Basically do you have to file to reopen within 60 days, 30 days etc. or it can't be filed to be reopened?
