Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Utah
I have to file for bankruptcy because of accounts I had with my ex. In the divorce he was to pay off all the debt. I just found out he hasn't kept up on this. I am now remarried and wondering of my new husband will be effected by this at all, his credit, home, assets, ect...

You can sue your ex to force him to pay the debts. You should not have to file bankruptcy because of his contempt of court orders. Your new husband will not be affected if you file bankruptcy.
