Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Utah
my ex let our house we bought together go to forecloser he filed bankrucy a couple months ago so he will walk away oweing nothing but I am still on the morgage what will happen to me and what are my options if any?

If the divorce decree required him to pay for the house and any other obligations he discharged in bankruptcy, he is nevertheless still liable for them and must pay and indemnify you from those debts. If he does not pay the debts, you can take him back to the divorce court on contempt charges.
