Legal Question in Criminal Law in Utah
I was pulled over in Utah with a friend who was arrested. I received a summon to appear in court for my charges. On the back of the ticket it said "must appear in court at time and place designated" but the officer did not fill out that info on my ticket. Am I still required to show up?

I would have your attorney call the court or look up your case to see what you have been charged with. The police can always file charges later. It is better to show up to make sure so a warrant is not put out for your arrest.
