Legal Question in Immigration Law in Utah

My husband and I entered with a visa waiver 9 years and 10 months ago. We have a stay of deportation right now, which ends in november. We have 4 kids, one of them was born here. Is there a posibility to apply for the 10 years law?

There is no 10 years law. No, unfortunately, since you are have a valid deportation order there is nothing more to apply for. Cancellation of removal doesn't apply to situations like this. Why was the stay of deportation granted? Why removal order wasn't executed? Is there a reason?
