Legal Question in Immigration Law in Utah
I'm an 'out of status' alien getting married to a us citizen in 16 days. what should i do to make sure i don't get deported till then?

Best would be not to delay filing for adjustment of status after marriage. I assume that you are otherwise eligible for adjustment of status. There is no way to prevent possible arrest if apprehended by ICE before you file the applications. As an out of status alien, you are subject to removal/deportation by ICE.
