Legal Question in Immigration Law in Utah
i am usa citizen now n got married in 2008 when i was green card holder and my wife she is in india now how long it will take her to b here and how it will work?now i just got my usa citizen which is sept 2009 now n got married in 2008.people say apply i-130 some says cr1 some says k3 im very confused help me out..

As a USA citizen, you can petition for your wife's immigrant visa.
In my opinion, there is no need to file for K3 non-immigrant visa. Immigrant visa (green card) is usually preferrable.
