Legal Question in Employment Law in Utah
We have a sales person that has resigned. He was paid a base salary plus commissions. The commissions were set up for term of employment only, however, he states he should be paid indefinitely for all sales he generated, and whether the company gets paid or not. We need to know if his commissions end today along with his base salary.

It depends on the agreement you had with him. If it the agreement for commissions terminated with his employment, he does not get more checks.
