Legal Question in Employment Law in Utah

I was told at work today by my boss that he was sick of ovary, and egg problems. He went on to tell me that if we hired all men we would not have the problem of people not being able to work due to egg problems. Is their anything I can do about this?

Your boss is allowed to express his opinion. He may not take any action based on gender if there are more than 15 employees. If 15 or less, you have no protection under the law. So your recourse is to get another job.
