Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Virginia

Debt Relief Order

I filed bankruptcy on my on and

everything went well. I owned a

house with my girlfriend and we

broke up. I signed a Quit Claim Deed

and was told I didn't need to file it on

my bankruptcy. Now she is

foreclosing and I got a Relief order

from an attorney. Should I sign it? I

have no idea what it means. the

court date is 6-25 and he wants it to

close the case. He won't tell me

anything.
