Legal Question in Business Law in Virginia

My boss was pleaded guilty to 3 charges of videotaping an employee without her knowledge. this incident happened back in 2006-07 but he was just charged on May 24th. This person speaks down to women, treats the ones he favors differently, and has asked most of us inappropiate questions through our employment.. He is on a work release program and will return to the office next week and go to jail from 5 until the next day. women in the office do not feel conformable and now that this has happened and civil suits are being filed and more to come, we fear that everyone will be unemployed. Do i have a case of some sort?
