Internet fraud

I recently had someone hack into several of my accounts online. One of the accounts was on facebook, I informed facebook several times that someone hacked into my account and that they needed to suspend the account and they never did anything about it. Eventually I recieved a message from facebook saying that my account was deleted because I was sending obscene and threatening messages to people when infact it was the hacker that I told them about to begin with. Also the hacker had access to my account for such a long time that she changed my entire page and put up obscene pictures, my home address, and filled out false information on my profile. She changed the passwords on several of my email accounts and she sent me threatening messages from my own aim screen name. Do I have a case against either the hacker or facebook?

Against, the hacker, perhaps. Against the website host, Facebook, almost certainly not due to their likely immunity under the Communications Decency Act(CDA) and related federal statute(s).
