employee stole contract account for cheaper price from current employer by misrepresenting his employer. Value of loss$200,000.00. Can I take employee to court through warrant

No, not a warrant since warrants in debt have an upper jruisdictional limit of 15K and are filed in the general district court. But you might have a basis to sue this allegedly rogue employee in the circuit court for tortious interference with your contract/business realtions for your damages in amounts which excede that, including up to 200K.
