contract
how long does a person have to back out of a signed document. we purcased a time share on 11/29/08,
and have second thoughts about it.
It was not fully understood.

There is no "back out" period unless specified in the contract/by law. You should consider consulting an experienced consumer rights attorney and have the attorney review your documents before you talk to seller or their agents or others.
