expired food
I went into a Giant food shop, bough some choclate cookies that had been expired since july 28th 2007. They are not coperating, Can I sue them? I ate it, had bad diarreah, and I still have the product and reciept

Sure, you could sue them. However, any damages which you might win would not likely exceed the cost of the cookies.
