Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Virginia
We have 2 judgments against 2 different individuals. In October 2014 The judge ordered them to pay. As of today, Jan.26th 2015 we haven't received anything. What should we do?

Judgments can be enforced through garnishments of the judgment debtors' wages, levys against their bank accounts, and through a sheriff's seizure and sale of their personal assets, but it will be up to you to discover where these assets are located in order to initiate the above-described enforcement actions against them.
