How to get a judgement removed from my credit report. It was satisfied over 5 years ago.

You could write to each credit reporting agency showing this

judgment as part of your credit record with a copy of the proof

of satisfaction along with your request that it be removed.

FYI, it is my understand that on July 1 of this year,

new rules are going in to effect that will eliminate

the reporting of civil judgments by CRAs.
