Juvenile Justice - criminal law question
If a 15 year old knows of a conspiracy to commit a murder, is s/he obligated by law to notify authorities / parents.
Then, if the crime were committed, could the teenager be charged with something like ''an accessory to murder'' or part of the conspiracy?

Re: Juvenile Justice - criminal law question
No he/she is not obligated to notify authorites of anything. However, if the teen were found to have somehow been a part of the criminal plot whether as an active conspirator or an aider/abettor either before or after the fact, then he or she could be charged accordingly.
