Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
juvenile maiming charge
my brothe has been charged with maiming he is 15 years old and two adults were arrested as well..they got maiming and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The prosicuter is going to try to charge him as an adult. he has no record and never been in trouble with the law...what should we expect and if convicted what is the least and most time he could recieve?
