Legal Question in Criminal Law in Virginia
does a police officer have a legal right to search a vehicle without any consent if one is not in or anywhere near the vehicle, which is locked with windows rolled up. if one was not placed under arrest and detained in the squad car with out handcuffs?

Without the proper probable cause, the answer should be no.
